Hi babe,

I’m Hayley, founder of Babe Hot Pilates, and I’m so happy you’re here.

I created Babe from a belief that fitness should feel as bold and expressive as the women who walk through our doors. After years of teaching and seeing firsthand how deeply Pilates can transform not just the body, but the mind too, I wanted to create a space that felt different. Vibrant, glamorous, and alive with energy.

In a world of neutral studios and quiet minimalism, I wanted Babe to celebrate confidence out loud. To me, it’s Miami heat, high-gloss femininity, and powerful movement all in one unforgettable room.

Movement has always been more than a workout for me. It has been a form of healing, self-discovery, and empowerment. Babe is my love letter to that journey. A place where strength meets sparkle, where community feels like family, and where showing up for yourself can truly change the way you feel.

Beneath the pink walls and disco balls is something deeper: a real commitment to helping every client feel stronger, freer, and unapologetically themselves.
