Our 100-hour comprehensive mat Pilates teacher training is designed to give you a strong foundation in Pilates, a clear understanding of the method, and the tools to teach with clarity and confidence in a modern studio setting. Over four weekends, you’ll study the history of Pilates, the full classical mat repertoire, contemporary mat Pilates, anatomy, alignment, cueing, programming, and the business of teaching. More importantly, you’ll learn how to turn that knowledge into clear, effective, thoughtfully designed classes that feel true to the method while still reflecting the way Pilates is taught today.

This training is built to take you beyond simply learning exercises. You’ll develop your eye as a teacher, deepen your understanding of form and movement, practice speaking to a room with confidence, and begin finding your own voice as an instructor. The goal is not just to know Pilates, but to know how to teach it in a way that feels smart, polished, and impactful… and fun!
